Gina is an adopted Tasmanian, having lived in this beautiful state for over 30 years.

She is legally qualified and has worked in private firms and not-for-profit legal services, delivering a suite of legal services to women and families, with a focus on enabling young women to be legally literate.

In the more recent decade, Gina has developed an executive presence in the Commonwealth government and re-energised her interest to enable young people to keep their curiosity alive, to discover their journeys and strive, through mentoring.

What truly excites Gina is to be able to support and facilitate the natural pioneer approach to leadership innate in young people, and finding the balance with self-reflection to learn and adapt.
