Youth Homelessness Matters Day is the annual national awareness day for youth homelessness in Australia. This year, the theme is "The Future of Youth Housing is...".

To mark the day, Council to Homeless Persons is hosting an online panel event exploring the question "What is the Future of Youth Housing?"

The panel consists of sector experts and diverse voices, discussing the particular issues faced by young people in Australian housing and homelessness systems. 

The event will include the launch of the April edition of Parity magazine, The Future of Youth Housing. This special Youth Homelessness Matters Day edition, examines key issues in the provision of housing for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and explores the models of youth housing that are currently being developed and implemented across Australia and beyond.
