Our Board

YNOT is governed by an 11 member skills based Board elected at the Annual General Meeting. An annual skills and experience audit is conducted to ensure the Board is representative and the needs of the organisation are best met.

The Board is comprised of individual and organisational representatives who are full YNOT members drawn from all regions of the state, including a combination of young people and service providers.

Charlotte Jones is a social scientist researching the emotional significance of climate change for young people across Australia, and how this impact their intergenerational relationships and experiences of their futures.

Carmel Hobbs

Organisational Member
Carmel is a researcher at the Social Action Research Centre (SARC) in Hobart where her work is focused on sharing the stories of young people, particularly those who have experienced intimate partner abuse in their relationships as teenagers.
