Glen is the Chair of YNOT and joined the board in 2018.

Glen is CEO of Mental Health Family & Friends (MHFFTas). MHFFTas is a statewide leader in the provision of mental health & AOD misuse families & friends support.

Prior to this he was a member of the executive team at Colony 47 and is the Manager of the Youth Solutions Division, supporting programs in the areas of youth employment, family relationships and reunification and youth housing and homelessness.

Glen is a member of the Tasmanian Leaders Alumni after completing the program in 2014.

He has also been a board member of Mental Health Carers Tasmania since 2017.
