Rob has worked in the community sector for over 15 years, both in Tasmania and interstate.

He has experience locally in the areas of disability and intensive support and spent 7 of those years as a Team Leader, Practice Development Coordinator and Residential Service Manager in the disability sector.

Interstate, Rob worked with several ACCHO's as an indigenous family violence and AOD worker.

Rob now works with young men in crisis accommodation in the south of the state.

Rob joined the YNOT Board as an individual member in 2019 and is passionate about working collaboratively with young people to assist them to achieve their goals.
