Inform RACT's work to improve road safety education for young people!
RACT is creating a new long-term road safety program for young people, funded by the Tasmanian Government. The program will focus on helping students in Years 9–12 build good decision-making skills, and making the journey from Ls to Ps fairer, safer and less stressful. The aim is to help more young people get their licence and travel safely, no matter where they live in Tasmania.
We’re teaming up with RACT and The20 to run a one-off online session for young people. We’re looking for 12 young people aged 15–19 from across Tasmania to take part. Your ideas and experiences will help shape the program’s name, format, and how it talks to young people about road safety.
By joining the Youth Consultation on Road Safety Education, you’ll help make sure the RACT’s education program reflects the real-life experiences and views of young people – like you!
