Rules in Relationships Facilitator Training
Adolescence and early adulthood are widely regarded as critical stages, particularly in the development of gender and sexual identities. Young people develop their first intimate relationships outside of the family during this period. Among other factors domestic and family violence are known to have a negative impact on these relationships.
Rules in Relationships was created in response to the growing concerns of teenage relationship abuse directed toward women and young girls. The course is an early intervention adolescent perpetrator preventative program consisting of 8 modules with fun activities and discussions designed to equip adolescent males with the knowledge and skills to abstain from relationship abuse.
This training is for all professionals who work with teenagers. Participants attending this training will understand the theoretical background of Rules in Relationships and shown how to effectively facilitate this course.
